1) Plan ahead
This has happened to all of us, sometimes we have too many things to do and we don’t know where to start. Or maybe not so much, but we make a storm in a glass of water. But don’t worry, good planning will help you see everything more clearly and be more efficient.
You can start by writing down your plans, birthdays, parties, whatever you have planned! Keeping track of what you need to do will help you not to leave things to the last moment (for example, buying a gift for someone’s birthday). Our minds can forget things, but a note never fails.
You can also make a list of everything you want to achieve. Plan short-term goals and achievable goals to facilitate.
2) Practice healthy lifestyle habits

Your home is where you start and end your day. The space we live in plays a very important role in how we behave. If your house is in disarray, it can affect your life. Our minds cannot live independently of the environment we live in, so keeping your home tidy, tidy and clean is very important. 🏠 Follow the advice below to keep your house in order:
*Get rid of all material things that don’t make you happy or that don’t have real meaning in your life. In the end, it’s not about living a totally minimalist life, but what you have, even if it’s a whim, has meaning for you.
*Organize by categories, not by location. For example, instead of starting to sort out your room, organize all the clothes you have (no matter where you are).

*Organize objects so they can be found quickly. For example, you can keep all of your child’s puzzles in one box. or fold the clothes vertically to see everything in the drawer.
4) Cultivate interpersonal relationships
We are used to being so busy with our daily routine that we sometimes forget to pay attention to those around us. The secret to living a healthy life and keeping our minds organized is to have positive relationships that bring us happiness. 😊 Spending time with supportive friends who make you feel good will bring stability and order to your life.
5) Think about you
It sounds obvious, but you have to take care of yourself! This has very favorable effects on our environment: if you meet your personal needs, you can help others. If you feel disorganized or overwhelmed, stop to think and meditate. You only need to spend 5 to 10 minutes a day: think about things you did wrong the day before or situations where you can improve.
